Key Responsibilities:
Lead academic operations and policy implementation
Build international faculty and institutional collaborations
Design and upgrade curriculum and pedagogy across programs
Foster industry partnerships and student engagement

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Music / Performing Arts / Music Technology or related field
Experience:
10-15 years in academic leadership (Music / Performing Arts preferred)
