We are seeking a

senior professional from the Training & Placement domain

who understands the academic ecosystem and has strong institutional connections to drive our outreach and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with

TPOs, Principals, and Heads of Institutions

. Represent the company in

meetings, seminars, and education fairs

. Develop a strong

network across universities and professional colleges

. Promote

self-paced learning products and training modules

to institutions. Conduct

demos and presentations

highlighting placement improvement value.

Negotiate and close

institutional deals and subscriptions. Track and report

business development and outreach performance

. Design

partnership programs

with universities for joint training initiatives. Collaborate with internal

marketing and product teams

to align offerings. Suggest

new training modules

based on TPO feedback and placement trends. Act as the

brand ambassador

in the higher education ecosystem. Lead

communication campaigns

(emails, webinars, campus events). Collect

testimonials and success stories

from partner institutions.

Requirements

Background:

Senior Training & Placement Officer / Placement Head / Industry-Academia Coordinator from a reputed college or university.

Education:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Management / Engineering / Education or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

7-15 years

in

Training & Placement / Institutional Relations / Academic Outreach

.

Skills:

Excellent networking and communication skills. Strong presentation and relationship management abilities. Understanding of institutional decision-making processes. Target-driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Location:

Based in or willing to travel to major education hubs. (e.g., Bhopal, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru).
