Opportunity - the 'what'
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Manage inbound queries from academics and institutions globally.
Accurately record and process data in Salesforce, including creating contact records and handling digital inspection copy requests.
Provide digital demo access and free samples to academic contacts.
Maintain Salesforce data accuracy across the sales team.
Manage general enquiry inboxes for multiple regions (US, Canada, UK, EMEA) and direct queries appropriately.
Generate and distribute regular sales reports using CRM, Excel, and BI platforms.
Your work will directly impact the efficiency of the sales team and contribute to the success of our global Higher Education strategy.
About You
Essential Criteria
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience in sales administration, publishing operations, or customer service (preferably in Higher Education or academic publishing).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria
Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
Familiarity with ebook platforms and metadata.
