Job Title - HCM Implementation TeamRole - Support Executive for HCM Implementation Team.Relevant Experience - 1-5 YearsTechnical/Functional Skills

  • To work as an Implementation Consultant in Human Capital Management (HCM) Domain (US Payroll, Benefits, Work Force Management, HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Tax Compliance, General Ledger, etc.)
  • The role requires good aptitude and good communication skills. (The prior experience of communicating with North American/UK/Global customers would be preferred.)
  • Advantage if know SQL.
Experience Required
  • Customer facing & working Business As Usual Activities.
  • Production end to end support of HCM application multiple modules.
  • Production end to end support/Configuration /Change Request/Implementation of HCM application multiple modules
  • Ready to work shift Timings: Mon to Fri, 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Solution finding for the requirement
  • Responsible for Gathering the Requirements from the Customer.
  • Conducting workshop and creating blueprint document.
  • Must be able to Plan Implementation activities, conversion and cutover etc.
  • Must be able to configure the system as per client's requirement.
  • Good Communication skill interacting with Client, Business User, IT Person and Offshore team
  • Excellent logical and analytical skills with problem solving ability.
  • Good Team player
