. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure HCM solutions, and support end-to-end implementation and post-go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support
Core HR and Absence Management
module implementations.
Configure, test, and deploy HCM solutions as per business requirements.
Work on at least
one additional HCM module
such as Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, or Compensation.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Perform functional testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
Provide production support, enhancements, and documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migrations.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience as an
HCM Functional Consultant
.
Strong functional knowledge of
Core HR and Absence Management
.
Experience in
any one additional HCM module
.
Good understanding of HCM business processes and workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
and attend
F2F interviews
.
Experience working in
hybrid work environments
.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior implementation or support experience in Oracle HCM / Workday / SAP HCM (as applicable).
Experience in end-to-end HCM lifecycle projects.
Exposure to integrations and reporting is a plus
