Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes
Strong understanding of HR processes, data and their governance
Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, configure, implement and support HR data, processes and technology
Must possess strong analytical skills; work with large amounts of HR data, and use reporting & analytical technology to prepare reports, storyboards & visualizations
Strong aptitude for learning new technology
Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects
Ability to work independently, including managing own workflow and deadlines, with ongoing attention to ever-changing priorities and stakeholder needs
Ability to interface with multiple users across various departments and functional areas
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with On Premise SAP HCM Modules \xe2\x80\x93 Primarily Personnel Administration (PA) & Organizational Management (OM) and at least one of the following: Performance Management, Compensation, Recruiting & Career & Succession is preferable
