IVR Development and Genesis-on prem Genesys Composer Development (ORS and IVR) ECMA3 and ECMA4 (i.e. Java Scripting) GVP 8.1 or 8.5 Experience Genesys Workspace 8.5 or 8.1 customization Genesys Interactive Insights Genesys Outbound Atlassian Suite Experience with Genesys Customer Interaction Management (CIM) platform Experience in Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition. Experience with Genesys Multimedia components: Web API server, Interaction server, UCS, Chat server etc. Experience with Genesys Multimedia Chat, E-Mail with end-to-end call flow and deployment Knowledge of Business Process/Interaction workflow & Genesys routing strategies for Multimedia Knowledge of Content Analysis, Screening, Knowledge Management with Genesys Classification Server Knowledge of Web API server and APIs Knowledge of Web Media/Open Media platform SDK. SKILLS Ability to work in a team environment and a \'CAN DO!!!\' attitude Any programming experience is helpful. Must understand the software development life cycle and the importance of the different phases of it Must understand system administration concepts like RPMs and package dependencies.
