Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyse medical records for accurate HCC coding.
Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and client-specific standards.
Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team for regular feedback and improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Freshers in HCC coding.
Certified coder (CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and ICD coding guidelines.
Good analytical and comprehension skills.
