Adept Scribes Private Limited is hiring HCC Medical Coders for our Bangalore office. We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding, ready to take the next step in their career with a fast-growing healthcare documentation company.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze medical records for accurate HCC coding. Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and client-specific standards. Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks. collaborate with the quality assurance team for regular feedback and improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HCC coding. Certified coder (CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent). Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and ICD coding guidelines. Good analytical and comprehension skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
