We are seeking a skilled HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Coder to join our Hyderabad office and contribute to our mission of high-quality healthcare documentation and reimbursement optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Review medical records and assign accurate HCC codes based on patient documentation. Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and internal coding standards. Collaborate with the coding and auditing team to maintain coding accuracy and efficiency. Assist in maintaining coding quality metrics and reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of HCC coding experience required. Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CMS HCC guidelines. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work full-time in the Hyderabad office.
