Job Description
Based on businss rules, employee needs to: Analyze and processes/reprocesses transactions, Completes keying of information under nonstandard forms of keying rules. Analyzes and finds solutions for individual clients/transactions. Analyzes and interprets client documents. They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring. Typically requires 9-18 months relevant experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to understand moderately complex problems. Ability to understand and interpret source documents. Basic understanding of the Healthcare and Insurance domain.
