In this Role you will be Responsible For : o Read and understand the process documents provided by the customer. o Analyse the insurance request received from the customer and process as per standard operating procedures. o Familiarize, navigate multiple client applications and capture the necessary information to process customer request. o Clearing the enquiry from the team and address it appropriately. And for further enquiry sending email to Customer and get the query clarified on time. Requirements for this role include: o Candidate should be 6 months - 1 year experience with excellent analytical skills. o Candidate with basic insurance knowledge o Should have typing knowledge. o Type speed should be minimum 21 WPM o Ready to work in complete Night Shift. o Candidate should be flexible & support team during crisis period o Ready to relocate as per the business requirement.
