  • Segregates transactions into appropriate categories and analyzes the processes data based on simple business rules
  • "Key what you see" - Plain data entry work.
  • Understand simple business rules.
  • Researches reasons behind incomplete or incorrect transactions.
  • Meets accountable metrics of productivity, quality and attendance.
  • Takes on a single type of activity
  • Typically requires 9-18 months relevant experience.
  • Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 6PM/4AM IST The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
