Job Description

Responsibilities :

Manages and develops the service, installation, or sales staff, including hiring, terminating, and disciplining employees. Schedules employees, sets work priorities, conducts staff meetings, and evaluates performance. Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieves monthly budgeted revenue and manages labor expenses to stay within budget guidelines. Ensures that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs. Conducts research and participates in the marketing process of the department. Generates reports and measures of departmental operations and reviews reports with management. Instructs crews on proper use of materials and quality workmanship. Reviews payroll records to ensure proper payment of technicians and compliance with record keeping. Conducts job site inspections and ensures employees have proper tools for the job. Monitors preventive maintenance of vehicles and evaluates staff training requirements. Oversees facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring assets are protected and controlled. Observes all safety and company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
