Job Description

Looking for an IT support executive for Computer Hardware and Network Maintenance with solid knowledge and expertise in the relevant field.

Job Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Perform regular maintenance of computer systems and hardware components. Set up, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and other network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points). Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across systems. Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with ISP or network vendors when required. Install and update operating systems, antivirus, and security patches. Maintaining the Internal Server. Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access controls. Maintain data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.

Required Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and operating systems (Windows/Linux). Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls preferred. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
