Job Title EN-ER-14: Electrical Design Leader (EDL) Purpose of the Job Ensure QCD respect for Design Management phase of Train Harness of projects through the CoE Electrical Manage functionally a team composed by S&A, EFI, Industrial and other resources allocated to projects Ensure respect of Alstom standards and processes (NEO, DTRF ) Participate to Delivery Engineering team skill development Develop strong links with all the Key users /m tiers in link with EDL scope and tools (See One suite/DMA/CATIA) Position in the Organisation Organisation Reporting Hierarchical manager : COE Elec / Operation Manager Network & Links Engineering: EHI, S&A and Advanced Indus Team Project: Train Electrical Engineer (TEE) ,PREM , SSM, Planning manager Performance Leader. Sourcing Department (Project Sourcing Manager), Site Indus Department, Manufacturing, Quality Department, etc Missions Performance Measurement/KPI\'s Respect of the delivery planning (included sub-contractor delivery): On Time Delivery Respect of allocated budget Leadtime for Closure of open points or escalation Quality of his delivery (included sub-contractor delivery): KPI under definition Responsibilities As EDL you are responsible, to manage, from concept to design, cost, Planning , workload and Design Review. You are accountable for design and development of Train harness with scope Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical. Analyze Project requirements and prepare design documents for process flows with interaction with TEE. Identify all issues and resolve it effectively to achieve all objectives and QCD. Manage and publish weekly KPI to project and internal to COE Manage functionally a team composed by Mechanical, S&A, EFI, Industrial allocated to projects In agreement with management / m tier identify leaders for each team (Meca, Elec, Indus) Maintain his knowledge on all new Standard and development issued by Key user and CoE M tier for IGE/DMA/CATIA. Prepare and participate to COE Elec internal / monthly project reviews You will support Harness manufacturing (technical issues) during production phase Participate to Change Management team and ensure consistency of Configuration of your product Formalize and use the REX of each project for the benefit of the next ones. Contribute and propose continuous improvement especially on Leadtime and cost reduction Job Specifications Knowledge & Experience : Educational Requirements: Engineering degree in Electrical / Mechanical Technical Knowledge / Experience Minimum 5 years\' experience in Railways Electrical (Mechanical, S&A, EHI and /or Indus).
