. The role involves both in-house troubleshooting and
on-site visits to client locations
for repairs and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair
laptops, desktops, and cameras
at the office and client sites.
Perform part replacements, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Provide
field support
for urgent breakdowns and service requests.
Maintain proper records of service calls, parts used, and work completion.
Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and warranty claims.
Ensure devices are tested thoroughly before delivery to clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
hardware troubleshooting and repair
(laptops, desktops, cameras).
Willingness to travel locally for
field service calls
.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, basic Linux/Mac preferred).
Familiarity with hardware diagnostic tools and techniques.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
IT hardware certification (A+, N+, etc.) is a plus.
