Hardware Technician - Arcade & VR Gaming Systems

Job Summary

We are looking for a Hardware Technician with hands-on experience in installing and maintaining arcade and VR gaming machines. Experience in the amusement or gaming industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

:

Install, assemble, and configure arcade machines, VR gaming systems, simulators, and related hardware Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs Install and configure game software, firmware, drivers, and system updates Calibrate and test VR equipment including headsets, sensors, controllers, and motion platforms Identify and replace faulty components such as power supplies, monitors, controllers, PC components, and wiring Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for system integration and issue resolution Maintain service logs, installation reports, and spare parts inventory Provide on-site technical support during installations, events, or demos Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Hardware Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Experience in amusement or gaming industry preferred Strong knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals Willingness to travel and work flexible hours Good troubleshooting and communication skills
