Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the retail store, focusing on sales, customer experience, and operational excellence. This role is crucial for maintaining the brand's image and ensuring that every client interaction reflects our commitment to luxury and quality. The Store Manager will lead a team, manage store inventory, and drive sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Operations & Sales: Oversee all daily store activities, including sales, customer consultations, and showroom maintenance. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals for interior solutions, modular furniture, and related products. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize product offerings. Ensure the showroom is meticulously maintained, showcasing our products and design capabilities in an attractive and inspiring manner. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales associates and design consultants. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to foster professional growth. Create and manage employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage during business hours. Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and client-centric solutions. Customer Experience Management: Lead by example in delivering an exceptional, high-touch customer experience that is consistent with a luxury brand. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion. Ensure the team is well-versed in our full range of services and products to provide expert advice and guidance to clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers to generate repeat business and referrals. Inventory & Financial Management: Manage showroom inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked, and new collections are displayed promptly. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials for projects and retail sales. Oversee cash handling, daily sales reports, and manage the store budget to control expenses and maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the luxury goods, furniture, or interior design industry. Strong understanding of interior design principles, modular furniture, and project management. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a flair for sales and client relationship management. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software. A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Business Management, or a related field is highly desirable. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
