Job Description

The Store In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring effective inventory management, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring the store meets its sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate all store activities and staff. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and conduct regular stock audits. Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and proper storage of goods. Implement and maintain store layout, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Ensure all health, safety, and security policies are followed. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock, and staff performance. Train and motivate staff for better performance and customer service. Monitor cash handling, billing processes, and point-of-sale systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
