About Us:

We are a leading R&D institute in South Korea focused on next-generation automotive systems -- including high?torque motors, multi?phase inverters, and advanced thermal management solutions. As a Tier?1 supplier, we develop and manufacture EWP, EOP, and cooling systems for HKMC. We're expanding our global engineering team and are looking for highly skilled Hardware or Software Engineers from India who want to work on advanced mobility technologies.

What You'll Do:

Hardware Engineer Role (if you apply for HW):

Design and develop hardware systems for electric drive applications (inverters, motor controllers, power conversion units) Create schematic capture, PCB layout, board-level design, especially for high-power / high-frequency switching devices (MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, GaN) Design and simulate power stages, gate drivers, sensing circuits (voltage, current, temperature) Build robust protection circuits: over?voltage, over?current, short?circuit, thermal safeguards Ensure EMC/EMI compliance, and manage automotive reliability standards Perform thermal design and analysis; integrate heat sinks / cooling systems Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, thermal and systems teams Support design reliability tools like DFMEA, ensure functional safety (ISO 26262) and validation

Software Engineer Role (if you apply for SW):

Develop and maintain embedded software for automotive ECUs Implement motor/inverter control algorithms: FOC, MTPA, field?weakening etc. Work with RTOS environments and automotive microcontrollers Develop communications protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet Carry out debugging, profiling, optimization (performance, reliability) Implement unit tests, integration tests, HIL simulations Use or support AUTOSAR architecture; follow ASPICE development processes Ensure compliance with functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434)

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field

10+ years

of relevant experience in either hardware or software engineering roles For HW: Strong experience in PCB design, power electronic devices, EMC/EMI compliance, hardware validation For SW: Proven experience in embedded systems, RTOS, control algorithm implementation, automotive microcontroller environment Analytical mindset, excellent problem solving skills Good English communication; Korean proficiency is a plus but not required
