We are hiring

Sales Executives

with proven experience in

interior product sales

, including

hardware, furniture, and furnishings/textiles

. The role involves showroom/studio sales, lead conversion, client handling, and coordination with backend teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end sales

for hardware, furniture, and furnishing products Attend showroom/studio walk-ins and company-generated leads Generate a minimum of

25 qualified client visits per month

Convert at least

15 leads per month

into confirmed orders/projects Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable interior product solutions Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales Coordinate with operations teams for order processing, delivery, and payments Build relationships with interior designers, contractors, and project clients Support other studios or sales teams when required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Minimum

10 successful client visits

to the showroom per month Minimum

5 confirmed sales conversions

per month Achievement of assigned monthly sales targets Timely payment follow-ups and closures

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years experience

in hardware, furniture, furnishing, textile, plywood, or interior product sales (

mandatory

) Good knowledge of interior and architectural products Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused and target-oriented approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales tracking tools

Preferred Experience

Experience working in an interior showroom or studio Existing network with designers, contractors, or dealers
