We are seeking a confident, self-driven Hardware Sales Executive with 2-4 years of proven experience in selling computer hardware, IT equipment, or related technology products. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing sales while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the hardware and IT equipment sector.
Present and promote hardware solutions to clients with strong product knowledge and confidence.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware products (e.g., desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, networking devices).
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing.
Conduct product demos and technical discussions with clients as needed.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in hardware or IT product sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers.
Good understanding of computer hardware and IT products.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
