Job Title: Hardware and Networking Technician

We are seeking a skilled Hardware and Networking Technician with a Diploma qualification to manage and maintain our organization's IT systems. The role includes handling computer hardware, basic networking, and printer setup and troubleshooting.

Required Qualification:

Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / Computer Engineering

Additional certifications like

CompTIA Network+

,

CCNA

, or

MCSE

are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Set up and manage LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connections. Troubleshoot hardware faults, network issues, and printer problems. Perform routine maintenance on systems and peripherals including printers (inkjet, laser, multifunction). Assist with software installations and basic IT support. Replace printer cartridges, resolve paper jams, and configure printer sharing across networks. Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets. Provide technical support to staff and escalate complex issues when needed.
Skills Required:

Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches). Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems. Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and printer issues. Knowledge of printer drivers, network printing, and wireless printer setup. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
