Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Hardware & Networking Engineer or Technician who can independently design, install, configure, and troubleshoot basic to medium-scale computer networks. The ideal candidate should have field experience in setting up LANs, configuring routers/switches, terminating network cables, and providing desktop-level support.

Key Responsibilities

:
Design and implement basic network layouts (LAN, peer-to-peer, workgroup-based)
Set up and configure routers, switches, access points, and network printers
Perform structured cabling (CAT6/CAT5e), crimping, patch panel installation, etc.
Install and configure desktop systems, printers, and shared resources
Troubleshoot hardware and network issues on-site and remotely
Coordinate with vendors and support teams for escalated issues
Create basic network documentation (IP plans, layout diagrams)
Perform preventive maintenance and basic IT audits at client locations

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware and networking
Strong knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, subnetting, and basic routing
Experience with SOHO routers (TP-Link, D-Link, Netgear, etc.), switches, and firewalls
Ability to work independently and handle client interactions confidently
Knowledge of Windows OS installation, drivers, antivirus, printers, etc.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Graduate in IT/Computer Science/Electronics
CCNA (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience with wireless network deployments in offices or institutions
Prior work with Govt./educational institutions is a bonus
