Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Hardware & Networking Incharge

to oversee and manage all IT, hardware, and network-related operations in our organization. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, troubleshooting ability, and experience in maintaining a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and overall network stability. Troubleshoot hardware and networking issues efficiently with minimum downtime. Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks. Maintain IT asset records, AMC details, and documentation. Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, replacements, and IT purchases. Ensure data security, network safety, and proper access controls across the organization. Provide technical support to staff and resolve system-related issues promptly. Manage CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and other IT infrastructure. Plan and implement upgrades, improvements, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, Hardware & Networking preferred Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of network configuration, troubleshooting, and security practices Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
