Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Hardware and Network Engineer

to design, implement, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in computer hardware, networking systems, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware Management

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices. Perform routine hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance. Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions efficiently.

Network Administration

Design, configure, and manage LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Monitor network performance, security, and availability. Implement firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures to safeguard data.

Troubleshooting & Support

Provide technical support for hardware and network-related issues. Respond to system outages and ensure timely resolution. Document issues, resolutions, and best practices.

System Optimization

Conduct regular audits of IT systems and networks. Recommend improvements for efficiency, scalability, and security. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Hardware Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of: Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Routing and switching Firewalls and network security Hands-on experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with server administration (Windows/Linux). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Work Environment

Full-time, on-site. Collaboration with IT support teams, system administrators, and vendors. Occasional after-hours support for critical issues.
