The IT Executive will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking systems, and CCTV operations. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations and provides technical support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor and maintain network connections, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot hardware and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Manage and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and ensure proper recording and backup.
Perform routine checks on servers, network devices, and system backups.
Provide technical support to end-users for IT-related issues.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment, accessories, and software licenses.
Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware procurement, maintenance, and AMC.
Ensure data security, antivirus updates, and regular system maintenance.
Support installation and maintenance of printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1- 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and network configuration.
Experience in CCTV setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and office software.
