Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems

Manage IT assets (laptops, desktops, printers, servers, etc.)

Provide technical support to staff with hardware, software, network issues.

Set up accounts and workstations for new employees

Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with data security regulations

Coordinate with external vendors for IT purchases and support

Maintain system documentation and IT inventory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 per week

Work Location: In person
