Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Configuration:

Set up and configure servers, computers, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Maintenance & Upgrades:

Perform regular hardware/software updates, patch management, and system upgrades.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve complex hardware failures, network outages, and performance issues.

Security:

Implement and maintain network security measures, access controls, and virus protection.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor network traffic and system performance, making adjustments for optimization.

Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed records of network topology, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

User Support:

Provide technical assistance and training to end-users for hardware/network-related problems. Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network protocols, firewalls, virtualization, and hardware components.

Soft Skills:

Problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
