Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Hardware and Network Engineer

to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the organization's hardware systems and network infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and network equipment. Monitor and manage network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance. Manage LAN/WAN configurations, IP assignments, and network troubleshooting. Ensure network and system security through firewalls, antivirus, and access control. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support and upgrades. Maintain documentation of configurations, assets, and incident reports. Provide end-user technical support for system or connectivity issues. Assist in IT infrastructure planning, installations, and performance optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology

, or a related field. Minimum

1 year of experience

in

hardware and network support

. Strong understanding of

network protocols

(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc.). Experience with

Cisco / Mikrotik / Fortinet / Ubiquiti

devices preferred. Familiarity with

network monitoring tools

and

remote troubleshooting

. Knowledge of

firewall and security practices

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
