Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
Support senior engineers in monitoring and troubleshooting network issues.
Learn and assist in managing LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
Participate in setting up and maintaining network security protocols.
Document network configurations, updates, and technical processes.
Work on assigned projects and provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls will be an added advantage.
