Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled

Network & Surveillance Systems Engineer

to lead the technical implementation of our AI-powered Central Monitoring System (CMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating high-end

Panasonic AI-enabled cameras

with a professional-grade

VMS (Video Management Software)

and managing complex network architectures across multiple school locations.

Key Responsibilities:

VMS Deployment:

Setup and manage enterprise-level VMS (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, or i-PRO Video Insight) for centralized monitoring.

AI Integration:

Configure advanced

AI Engine

features including

AI People Detection

,

Face Detection

, and

Attribute Recognition

for uniform compliance.

Network Architecture:

Design and maintain secure

IPv4/IPv6

network infrastructures, ensuring stable connectivity for remote monitoring.

Audio Analytics:

Implement and monitor

AI Sound Classification

(Gunshot, Glass break, Yell, and Vehicle horns) for real-time security alerts.

Storage Management:

Optimize video storage using

H.265 Smart Coding

and

GOP control

to reduce bandwidth and server costs.

Hardware Maintenance:

Oversee the installation and troubleshooting of

PoE (IEEE802.3af)

devices and

IK10 vandal-resistant

hardware.

Cybersecurity:

Ensure all systems comply with

FIPS 140-2 Level 3

security standards to protect sensitive data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in

IP Surveillance

and professional

VMS

platforms. Deep understanding of networking protocols:

TCP/IP, HTTPS, MQTT, RTSP, and SNMP

. Hands-on experience with

motorized zoom/focus

lenses and

DORI

(Detect, Observe, Recognize, Identify) standards. Ability to manage remote access via

iOS/Android

terminals and web browsers (Edge, Chrome). Knowledge of edge storage solutions using

microSDXC

memory cards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,209.21 - ₹27,340.33 per month
