Job Description

CCTV & Hardware and Networking requires a candidate to install, configure, and maintain hardware and network systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network security and performance. Perform routine maintenance, monitor network performance, and execute hardware/software upgrades and patches.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Security:

Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall configurations, to protect the network infrastructure.

Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, cabling, and troubleshooting procedures.

Collaboration and Support:

Work with other IT staff on network design and implementation, and provide technical support and training to end-users.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, network protocols, and components like routers, switches, and firewalls.
