Digitech Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Hardware -Installation / Desktop Support Engineer who is comfortable with field work and has basic knowledge of computer hardware and desktop support.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Desktop and laptop support (Windows OS, basic networking).
Field visits for client-side hardware and system support.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
Coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintaining service reports and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must be pursuing graduation or have completed graduation
(BCA / B.Sc IT / B.Tech / Diploma or equivalent)
Comfortable with field work and on-site support
Basic knowledge of:
Computer hardware components.
Operating systems (Windows).
Printers, LAN, and peripherals.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to travel.
