Key Responsibilities
Circuit component selection,
hardware design, PCB verification, and testing
for:
Power supply and battery charger circuits
Processor / Microcontroller sections
Internal and external communication interfaces
Cellular modem sections
Understand system requirements and prepare:
Detailed hardware requirement breakdowns
Test plans and validation reports
Hardware design for
Telematics and TFT Instrument Clusters
, including:
Power supply and analog circuits
Microcontroller-based designs
4G LTE / 5G cellular modems
BLE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GNSS
Automotive communication protocols
Preparation of
design calculation sheets
Schematic design using Altium Designer
Circuit simulation using
LTspice
Hardware
debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Preparation of
DFMEA documentation
PCB layout review and Gerber file verification
Exposure to
manufacturing and production engineering
processes
Hands-on experience in
EMI/EMC testing
, lab validation, and issue analysis
Exposure to
ASIL requirements, hardware security, and cybersecurity
concepts
Good to Have (Added Advantage)
Knowledge of
embedded software development
, programming, or debugging tools
Experience in
production issue handling and fixes
