Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

Skills Must known in : PCB Design, Schematic Diagram & Testing & Validation

Experience: 1 to 2.5 years

Salary: ₹18,000 to ?25,000 per month (based on skills and performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hardware Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and optimization of hardware components and systems

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:*
Design, develop, and test hardware components and systems.*
Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using advanced CAD tools.*
Select and source appropriate components and materials for hardware designs.*
Testing and Validation:*
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware validation.*
Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware issues through debugging and troubleshooting.*
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.*
Documentation and Reporting:*
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for hardware designs, test procedures, and validation results.*
Generate technical reports and documentation to support product development and regulatory submissions.*
Project Management:*
Manage hardware development projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.*
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and manufacturing teams.*
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality and performance.*

Skills and Experience:

2 years of experience in hardware design and development.*
Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, OrCAD) for schematic design and PCB layout.*
Experience with hardware testing and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analysers, multimeters).*
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.*
Excellent knowledge on microcontroller and communication protocol such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, RS232, WIFI etc.*
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.*
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.*
