to help maintain and optimize our systems, hardware, and related equipment.

We are hiring a

Hardware Maintenance Technician

to support the upkeep of computer systems, servers, and network equipment used within

Fast Track Call Taxi

's operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all tech equipment across our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot hardware issues in computers, servers, and network devices used by Fast Track Call Taxi operations. Diagnose and repair any hardware failures in devices such as desktop computers, laptops, and printers. Ensure the smooth operation of hardware and IT infrastructure used for taxi booking systems, GPS, and communication equipment. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components. Maintain and document hardware inventory, ensuring that all devices are serviced on time. Provide support and maintenance to other IT-related infrastructure and assist with new hardware installations when needed. Ensure minimal downtime for critical hardware, ensuring Fast Track Call Taxi operations remain efficient.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in hardware maintenance and IT support. Knowledge of computer systems, networking devices, and hardware troubleshooting. Experience in maintaining fleet management or taxi booking systems is a plus. Certifications such as

CompTIA A+

,

N+

, or similar are preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical challenges. Valid driving license (for possible field work when required). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
