Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Hardware Engineer to join our Research & Development team. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing electronic hardware, developing PCB layouts, supporting prototype testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

? Design and develop hardware circuits along with high-precision PCB layouts.
? Prepare comprehensive schematics and identify suitable electronic components for various designs.
? Ensure the creation of clean, reliable, and error-free PCB designs in compliance with design standards.
? Support prototype development, conduct hardware testing, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
? Coordinate effectively with R&D and other cross-functional departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and project deliverables.
? Maintain accurate documentation, including design files, revisions, and test reports.
? Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the hardware development cycle.

Required Skills & Competencies

? Strong understanding of electronic circuit design and component selection.
? Proficiency in PCB design software
? Hands-on experience with hardware testing, debugging tools, and measurement equipment.
? Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical documentation and schematics.
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
