As a Hardware Engineer you will be a vital part of our fast growing company.

You will be a key member of our R&D team based in our Noida office.

The ideal candidate will be a confident individual contributor and an outstanding team player with willingness to learn & deliver.

In this position, the successful candidate will work closely with the Design Teams, marketing, test, quality, reliability and production teams to coordinate and carry on activities related to the products under development. The candidate will also interact and drive activities with contract manufacturers. Minimal Local travel is expected but required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design electronics circuits that incorporate LED Drivers, Power Supplies, Smart lighting, energy metering applications, discrete and MCUs based solutions from concept to mass production. So a sound understanding of power electronics design is desired. Work closely with Quality, Reliability, Production and Marketing to make sure products being developed meet their requirements. Work with external parties during the different development phases to organize and drive tasks to completion. Generate weekly reports on tasks accomplished the previous week and activities to be accomplished during the following week. Report should identify risks and paths for their resolution. Develop high level guidelines for the testing and characterization of the circuits under development. This includes activities from the Alpha phase all the way to the manufacturing line. Work with the Test team to collect, organize, analyze, and report product performance data.
