Innovate to solve the world\'s most important challenges : Hardware Engr II-Bangalore Skill Set: . Good knowledge on basic electronics fundamentals & familiar with commonly used devices. . Should have good knowledge of PCB design & process flow . e.g. Library Management, Schematics, PCB Layout, PCB Fabrication, Assembly & Testing. . Sound Knowledge on Mentor Graphics Expedition tools & Boardstation tool exposure is desirable. . Knowledge on IPC standards and PCB manufacturing trends. . Good hold on Layerstackup planning & Controlled impedance analysis. . Experience in designing complex, high density, multi layer PCBs with cost effective manufacturing process and technologies. . Exposure to high speed interfaces layout design like DDR, PCIe, LVDS, Ethernet and USB interfaces, Backplane connectors. . Skills to design boards with EMI/EMC compatibility. . Knowledge on signal integrity is desirable. . Exposure to Intrinsic safety standards applicable to Layout design is added advantage . DFM analysis with Valor tool & internal Checklists. . Manufacturing documentation & PDM releases. . Ability to handle designs individually and also with team. . Excellent written, oral communications and multi-tasking skills. Qualification: Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Experience: Around 3 to 6 years of experience in PCB Layout design. . Assess the Input requirements for the completeness to start the PCB Layout design. . Effort estimation and providing the release plan. . Performing Layout design - Placement, routing, ICT, reviews and release. . Proactively identifying the risks and notifying to concerned Leads. . Collaboratively working with all the cross functional teams & vendors for reviews and completeness. . To work with global teams and at different time zones. . Project artifacts release to vendors and PDM database.
