Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design analog and digital electronic circuits as per product requirements Create schematic diagrams and PCB layouts (single-layer to multi-layer) Select suitable electronic components considering cost, availability, and reliability Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and design documentation Develop and test prototype boards Debug hardware issues using multimeter, CRO, logic analyzer, etc. Support firmware integration and testing with microcontrollers Assist production team during pilot and mass manufacturing Handle field failure analysis and design improvements
Technical Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of analog & digital electronics Experience in PCB design tools (Altium / KiCad / Eagle / Allegro / Pads) Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, PIC, STM32, ESP32, etc.) Knowledge of power supplies (SMPS, Linear, DC-DC converters) Experience with relay, optocoupler, MOSFET, TRIAC-based circuits Basic understanding of EMI/ESD protection and grounding Familiarity with manufacturing files (Gerber, Pick & Place, Test Points)
Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Embedded Systems Freshers with strong practical skills are welcome 1-5 years of experience preferred (flexible for the right candidate)
Tools & Equipment Exposure:

Multimeter, CRO, Power supply, Soldering & rework tools PCB assembly and testing methods Basic knowledge of panel wiring and connectors is an advantage
