HARDWARE ELECTRONICS ENGINEER Location Derabassi - Punjab, India

YOUR TASKS

• Design and develop electronic hardware components while complying with product specifications and quality guidelines
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging to optimize the hardware functionality and reliability
• Create prototypes and evaluate the design for compliance with measurement standards and operational requirements
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate the hardware and software systems
• Prepare all relevant hardware documents including diagrams, manuals, and instructions
• Conduct simulations and tests to ensure durability, efficiency, and safety under different conditions
• Present design reviews and demonstrations for stakeholders
• Work closely with manufacturing support teams to ensure regulatory and cost effectiveness in product design
• Stay updated on recent technological advancements, latest industry trends, and competitor hardware products
• Monitor and ensure the hardware systems' performance and resolve any issue that arises
• Support systems' installations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ensure all electronic hardware developed adheres to the environmental, safety, and health regulations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in hardware electronics design and development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Expert with electronic design automation (EDA) tools like Cadence, Mentor Graphics, etc.
• Deep understanding of electronic circuits, microprocessors, and digital and analog systems.
• Proficiency with hardware debugging techniques and tools, such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Strong knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design principles, and familiarity with PCB layout tools.
• Experience in designing and testing complex electronics assemblies.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable way.
• Comfortable working in a team-based environment and coordinating with other departments on design, testing and problem-solving scenarios.
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends, technology and standards in hardware electronics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
