End-to-End HW Development
+ Develop and prepare hardware work products for each project phase.
+ Drive
Architecture and Detailed Design
using
Enterprise Architect (EA)

+ Design and develop
Internal Fault Test Boards
for validation.
+ Prepare and review HW deliverables ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Testing & Validation
+ Perform
Functional Testing
using specified methods and processes.
+ Execute
HW Integration Tests
as per the Test Plan.
+ Conduct
ECU-level Functional Testing

Internal Fault Injection Testing

+ Verify FMEA and DFMEA designs for compliance and robustness.
Process & Collaboration
+ Participate in technical reviews and cross-functional discussions.
+ Establish and adhere to estimates in project work plans.
+ Provide regular progress updates to Test Leads for planning and tracking.
+ Identify and propose product, process, or infrastructure improvements.
+ Mentor team members on HW architecture and design best practices.
