JOB PROFILE Key Result Areas: - Design & develop motor controller hardware for Custom designed Brushless DC motor, Parament Magnet Synchronous Motor & Induction Motors. - Integrate these motion controllers with specific functional aspects for the ultimate commercial use. - Functional, environmental and reliability testing motor control system. - Establish system to implement manufacturing, testing, and supply of the controllers. - Electromagnetic Interference & Compatibility testing of the motor controllers as per the standards. - Design Validation of Design software and co-relation with actual results. : - Power electronics background with minimum 2 years of experience including control hardware topologies and inverter topologies - Design, Develop & Test hardware for Integrated variable speed Drive used for Brushless DC motor, Parament Magnet Synchronous Motor & Induction Motors control. - Design and develop motor controller board complying to Electromagnetic Interference & Compatibility standards as per International electrotechnical commission or Comit\xc3\xa9 International Sp\xc3\xa9cial des Perturbations Radio\xc3\xa9lectriques ( CISPR). - Experience in designing Digital & Analog mixed signal circuit. - Explore possibilities for cost reductions. - Select & assess suitability and reliability of electronic components. - Design, debug, and test embedded software for motor control applications. - Interact with Customer, Software, and other Electronic Engineers to meet customer/system requirements - Prototype electronic circuits and document measurements and results - Review electrical documentation (Schematics, Assembly drawings, Bill Of Materials , Printed Circuit Board layouts, etc.) - Perform failure analysis of electronic circuits. Issue report on findings as well as recommendations on opportunities for continuous improvement - Interface with cross functional team such as Mechanical, Purchase, Quality. - Thermal design and heat sink selection. Enclosure design. - Contribute largely to Value Engineering projects driven based on cost as well as performance optimization. - Provide Regular updates to the Team & meet the Timelines prescribed for the projects. REQUISITE QUALIFICATION Essential: B.E. - Electrical / Electronics Preferred: B.E. (Electrical) REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE Essential: 02 - 03 Years Preferred: Minimum 2 Years- Experience in design & development of motor controller hardware. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED Essential: Essential 1) Power electronics Alternate current to Direct current conversion and vice versa (AC-DC, DC-AC, DC-DC, Inverters) 2) Motor controller/drive development - Basic Knowledge of Brushless DC motor, Parament Magnet Synchronous Motor & Induction Motors control. 3) Knowledge of Electromagnetic Interference/ Electromagnetic Compatible and other controller tests Preferred: Preferred - Experience of at least one complete product lifecycle from concept to production - Control systems knowledge and experience. - Knowledge in printed circuit board design tools - OrCAD, Altium and Cadence - Knowledge of Statutory & safety standards (e.g International electrotechnical commission or Comit\xc3\xa9 International Sp\xc3\xa9cial des Perturbations Radio\xc3\xa9lectriques ( CISPR) and Underwriters Laboratories applicable for Controller developments Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9800,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Schedule:
