Job Title: Hardware Design Engineer (Automotive Domain)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with a strong automotive focus (at least 2 projects) to drive innovation and quality in our product development lifecycle. The role involves hands-on design, testing, validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hardware design activities, including schematics, BOM creation, circuit module design, and worst-case analysis.
- Drive automotive ECU development (minimum 2 ECUs) and ensure compliance with processes.
- Perform thermal and circuit analysis; collaborate with production teams on DFM/DFT/ICT.
- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of ECUs using lab equipment.
- Ensure adherence to ASPICE, EMI/EMC standards, and ISO 26262 (Functional Safety - Part 5).
- Manage hardware development lifecycle and interact with plants/vendors.
- Contribute to PCB layout, placement, and design guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering.
- 5-9 years of experience in automotive hardware design (at least 2 projects).
- Expertise in automotive ECUs, hardware design, and validation processes.
- Strong understanding of EMI/EMC, environmental testing, and ASPICE.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety - Hardware) and EMI/EMC standards.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment and ECU testing.
- Proficiency in PCB layout and hardware lifecycle management.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹65,010.87 - ₹75,957.29 per month
