Description Skill set

Designing and developing hardware components for battery management systems (LV and HV) Conducting requirement analysis and handling in DOORS Designing electronic circuits, creating creepage distance matrices, and reviewing PCB layouts Selecting components using DAR and creating requirements and test specifications Documenting development processes and results (e.g., Module design document preparation, Test plan preparation, performing testing, Test report preparation) Performing FMEA and FMEDA for the developed modules' Requirement analysis / study Performing simulations, calculations, and tests to ensure functionality and quality Performing HW Verification and supporting validation (LV124/ ISO 16750) Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external partners Structured problem-solving, HW debugging, and failure analysis High Voltage testing of Hardware. Documentation and test report Creation of test jigs Schematic entry, PCB layout design & Creation of component footprint HW BOM preparation Requirement analysis Analog Electronics circuit design Component selection Worst case analysis Design and simulation using LTSpice, SIMPLIS, MATLAB etc., Handling of lab equipment like Oscilloscope, high voltage power supply, function generator etc., Good knowledge on Analog, Digital & Power Electronics circuits design Excellent debugging skills Experience in defining and execution of test cases with techniques. Knowledge of simulation software like MATLAB, MATHCAD, LTSpice etc., Ability to debug the circuits with schematics. Good communication skills, MS office applications Hands on soldering experience High Voltage testing of Power electronics Hardware. Embedded C programming


Experience in Schematic design, PCB Layout design & BOM Preparation Aware of layout rules and guidelines Good communication skills Experience in using Altium software for schematic and layout. Layout design for effective and efficient testing of hardware
