Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Hardware Asset Data Analyst to support and streamline our endpoint device refresh program. This role will be responsible for developing actionable reporting and dashboards using Power BI, tracking refresh progress, scheduling device replacements, and coordinating closely with Dell and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and delivery operations.



The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational discipline and excels at transforming data into insights that drive execution and improve end-user experience.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ServiceNow and Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into device refresh status, schedules, delivery tracking, and inventory metrics. Monitor and analyze data related to PC refresh program progress, identifying delays, risks, and optimization opportunities. Create and manage PC device refresh schedules by location, business priority, and available inventory, balancing end-user impact and logistics constraints. Coordinate with device vendor on procurement status, order tracking, and delivery scheduling to company sites. Maintain data accuracy across multiple systems and tools (e.g., CMDB, asset management platforms, procurement systems). Generate reports and executive summaries highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas requiring intervention. Support audit and compliance needs by ensuring documentation of refresh events, ownership changes, and inventory records.


Technical Skills:

3+ years of experience in an IT asset management, data analyst, reporting analyst, or operations analyst role. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling. Experience with ServiceNow, or other ITSM platforms. Experience working with Excel, SQL, and large datasets. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple schedules and tasks. Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and asset management practices. Familiarity with Dell, HP, Lenovo ordering systems and device fulfillment workflows. * Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination is a plus.
