Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Hardware Architect

to lead the design and development of advanced hardware systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system architecture, embedded platforms, and high-performance hardware solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and seamless integration with software and firmware components.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect complex hardware systems and components, including SoCs, FPGAs, and high-speed boards. Define and drive hardware architecture strategies aligned with business and product objectives. Collaborate closely with software, firmware, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system integration. Develop and maintain detailed hardware specifications, design documentation, and standards. Oversee the complete hardware development lifecycle -- from concept, simulation, and validation to production. Conduct architectural reviews, performance analysis, risk assessments, and design validation. Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and guide make/buy decisions. Mentor and guide hardware engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and innovation. Contribute to IP strategy development, patent filings, and technical publications. Represent the hardware function in executive-level discussions and strategic planning.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven expertise in designing and delivering complex hardware systems such as SoCs, FPGAs, ASICs, and high-speed circuit boards. Proficiency with industry-standard tools:

Cadence Allegro, Altium, LT Spice, Tina, BQR Reliability Tool, Web-Bench

, and similar design/simulation environments. Strong understanding of communication protocols:

Industrial:

MODBUS, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, PROFIsafe, CIP Safety.

Interfaces:

UART, RS232, RS485, RS422, I2C, SPI, QSPI. In-depth experience in

electronic circuit design, system integration, and hardware validation

Desirable Skills:

System Design and Embedded System Architecture. Firmware and Embedded Software Development (RTOS experience preferred). Knowledge of system-level design, hardware-software co-design, and cross-domain integration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
