We are seeking an experienced Hardware & Technical Support Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization's IT hardware and technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, providing timely technical support, and ensuring system reliability and performance. Also need the strong skill find and implement new technical thinks which company needs.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops,O365, Endpoint, DVR, NVR, servers, printers, networking equipment, and other IT Technical Items
Well knowledge in Remote access and Site to Site VPN( IPsec, SSL)
Tele calling arranging( IP PBX sever and SIP connections)
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform preventive maintenance and regular system health checks to minimize downtime.
Manage hardware upgrades, replacements, and asset tracking.
Support operating systems (Windows, MAC, Linux) and application software as required.
Basic Knowledge in Azure and cloud servers.
Monitor and maintain network connectivity, switches, routers, and firewalls in coordination with the respective team.
Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on hardware and software usage.
Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with vendors for warranty claims, replacements, and procurement of IT equipment.
Ensure IT security standards, backup policies, and compliance requirements are met.
